Lider Teknoloji Geliştirme (LTG) was established in 2005 at 20 m2 office, in Eskişehir, Turkey. LTG, which takes its power from the experience of its organizer partners, carries out some R&D (Research and Development), software, hardware and technological projects which are about defense industry and aviation, with experts in their own subjects at its facility in Eskişehir Technology Development Area.
After the establishment, LTG not only made some works in order to recognize the market and be recognized in the sector but also accelerated its institutionalization process and quality management. The purpose of this institution is to implement some technology and software development activities about electrical, electronics, machine, computer and communication areas. In 2007 the decision was made about incrementing the works that are about software development, and in 2008 Research and Development works which are about FPGA technology and VHDL (Hardware Description Language) was started. With these works, the capability of designing of integrated circuits, designing and fabrication of hardware were gained.

The company has these capabilities; R&D Engineering, avionics sim & control, software development, equipment, subcontracting, mock-ups & modeling and system integration.
The R&D company has accomplished several projects which are supported by ‘Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey’ and ‘Scientific Research Project’ branches ofthe universities. Some of their valuable works are ‘Virtual Cockpit System With Augmented Reality Applications for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle’, ‘Virtual Avionics Procedure Trainer’,Design and Development of ‘National Mil-Std-1553 Bus IP Cores And Avionics Interface Unit Used in Defence Industry and Aerospace’, ‘The Design and Implementation of Mil-Std-1553b IP Core’ and ‘Development and Diversification of Touch-Screen Flight Simulator’. Their broad experience in simulation of the cockpit system and training modules will providenecessary contributions to the project.
